Custom Creation Order Form

To receive a quote a complete form is required before discussing your order at least 7 days before the order date.

 

Every field with a red asterisk must be completed. Price quotes are not given over the phone. Orders may be discussed after the form is completed in great detail. A copy of this form will be automatically emailed to you, so please ensure your email is correct. If you do not receive a response within the time mentioned please contact us, the form may not have been received. 

Lack of details could delay a quote and could possibly cause you to lose the date to another client if our calendar is booked. This form is used to complete your order so if details are not on the form they will not be added to your order. If you forget to add something to your order form, it cannot be added the last-minute or day of. It is very important to take your time and describe everything you would like on your cake.
